RETURN POLICY

We’re happy to accept returns on all domestic and international orders of unworn, unmarked earrings, necklaces, rings and sets within 90 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns of size-adjusted rings, wedding bands or customized pieces.
If you decide to return your Yaqoot purchase, please contact us so we can provide you with a shipping label. Buyer must pay shipping both ways, and this amount will be deducted from the refund. The piece(s) will be inspected once received and must be in its original unworn, unscratched, pristine condition with no exchanged or missing stones and must include the original Yaqoot Jewelry packaging
